School lunch box, week 3

Banana-apple muffin, sweet buttermilk waffle, dried apples for brunch

Onion-cheese wholewheat waffles, sweet buttermilk waffle, veggies for lunch

Seed bread, cheese, veggies, sweet waffle

Banana muffin, apple strudel, cookies for brunch

Egg in a bun, veggies, cookies

Vegetarian pie, veggies, cookies

Oatmeal pancakes with homemade apricot jam

Onion-cheese wholewheat waffles

1 egg
200 ml milk
60 ml oil or melted butter
1 1\2 tsp sugar
1\2 tsp salt
1 c wholewheat flour + 1\4 tsp baking soda
100+ gr grated cheese (I used 250 gr mozzarella)
spices (fried onion, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, black cumin, smoked soy flakes, pizza mix, dries chives - whatever you like)

Sweet buttermilk waffles

1 c buttermilk or yogurt
1 yolk
50 gr melted butter
vanilla extract
1\4-1\2 c sugar
1 c flour
1\4 c starch
1\2 tsp baking soda
1 egg white, well whipped (incorporate carefully into the dough)

Banana-apple muffins

125 gr butter
1 c sugar (cream with butter)
3 eggs
3 large very ripe (brown) bananas (I had 2 small bananas and 2 grated apples)
2 c flour (all-purpose or wholewheat) + 1\2 tsp baking soda + 1 tsp baking powder

Oatmeal pancakes

500 ml yogurt/ buttermilk
3 eggs
50 gr sugar
80 gr butter
2 c oatmeal flour + 2 tsp baking powder
